When multiple allergies and intolerances are present, the body is unable to absorb and utilize nutrients from food in order for cellular repair and regeneration to take place. As a result, nutritional deficiencies occur and cause negative health effects.

Therapeutic Movement 

A movement practice can serve as a powerful therapeutic technique to free restrictions in the body, clear emotional blocks, and address injuries. I teach techniques drawn from many years of study in dance, martial arts, yoga and Somatics, along with an understanding of the body's energy systems through the framework of Chinese medicine.
The goal of each session is to create structural alignment while also aligning the body's energetic systems, so that you can experience true integration and freedom from patterns of restriction and pain.

Soul Awareness Healing

The chakras are the 7 primary energy centers of the body and are associated with functions within the physical, emotional and spiritual body.

Soul Awareness Healing can be performed on its own or in combination with NAET treatment in order to accelerate the process of personal transformation.
